Deep Journalling ✍️
Journalling is a beautiful practice at any time of year, but there is something special about it in winter. Each day of December I will be offering a Deep Journalling question to explore. You might like to light a candle and take a few quiet moments with your notebook, or you might like to take the question for a walk, and see what bubbles up.
I will be posting daily on Substack Notes, but it can be a little tricky to follow so I have also put all the questions here (and will also post on my Instagram so you can find them each day. You might also enjoy the Alternative Advent Calendar I am sharing on Instagram throughout December, with a daily invitation to slow down.
I hope you enjoy this invitation to reflect, and the quiet that descends as you do so. Beth Xx
