Love these ideas! I would add these Book Worm gloves. I wear mine when Iโ€™m working in the bookshop. https://blackandbeech.com/collections/gloves-and-mittens/products/book-worm-mittens-in-navy-neon-yellow-copy

There are so many beautiful, useful ideas here. I love how cozy but practical this guide is! If I told my husband I wanted a pile of wood so I could write by the fire, I think he'd be so pleased ๐Ÿ˜†

Possibly a few Pilates or yoga lessions would be a thoughtful gift for a writer with back problems

I need so many of these! Love this and thanks you!

Also, I would add tea for the list - maybe a bit specific but I even have a tea subscription and just making a pot of great tea gets ideas flowing ๐Ÿ’–

I was just thinking of doing a tea subscription for my daughter! What do you recommend?

Great idea! I actually buy from renegade tea farmers, which is super small organic tea company, and maybe more on the pricy side and deliver once a year ๐Ÿ˜… so I guess I'm no help, sorry

Oh yes I should add some suggestions!

I would like to add a home baked cake. A fruited tea bread (so called because the fruit is soaked in tea overnight) is ideal. It lasts well and can be frozen either whole or in slices. Good for January writing sessions with a warm drink.

I get a lot out of podcasts and Audible and I love to listen in bed, but that doesnโ€™t suit my partner, who likes to go straight to sleep. A really good pair of headphones was a thoughtful gift from him a few years ago.

This list is genius and I've now been lost in the world of first edition children's books for way too long! Thank you, Beth for curating thisโœจ

What a beautiful list! Once a friend gave me this present, she took me to my favorite bookstore and told me that I could choose all the books I liked within a budget she named. This gift keeps popping up in my mind when I think of the most precious gifts I ever received.

An electric blanket is useful, especially atm!

Definitely! I just bought one and itโ€™s so cosy. I can sit in my draughty bay window much longer now.

Love this Beth, thank you. Such a cosy list of goodies -makes me wish I lived in a cold climate! I would love an app that reminds me to get up , stretch and move at regular intervals!
